Have faith in them, the human animal is remarkable 
มีศรัทธาในเพื่อน.....การมีศรัทธาเป็นสิ่งที่แบ่งแยกมนุษย์ออกจากสิ่งมีชีวิตอื่น 
Include them, you may need to be included sometime 
รวมเขาเข้าไปด้วย......คุณก็อาจจะต้องการถูกรวมบ้างบางครั้ง 
Just be there when they need you 
อยู่ข้างๆ.......เมื่อเขาต้องการคุณ 
Know when they need a hug, and couldn't you use one? 
รู้ว่าเมื่อไหร่ที่เขาต้องการให้กอด...เคยกอดเพื่อนบ้างหรือยัง 
Love them unconditionally, that is the only condition 
รักโดยไร้ข้อแม้........นี่เป็นเพียงเงื่อนไขข้อเดียวเท่านั้น 
Make them feel special, because aren't we all special?

Praise them honesly and openly 
ยกย่องเพื่อนอย่างจริงใจ และเปิดเผย 
Quietly disagree, noisy No's make enemies 
อย่าโต้แย้งอย่างโจ่งแจ้ง........การทำเช่นนั้นก่อให้เกิดศัตรู 
Really listen, a friendly ear is a soothing balm 
ตั้งใจรับฟัง.......การรับฟังของเพื่อนคือยารักษาอาการ 
Say you're sorry, don't let them assume it 
กล่าวคำขอโทษ.......อย่าปล่อยให้เพื่อนต้องสันนิษฐานเอาเอง 
Talk frequently, connunication is important 
พูดคุยกันบ่อยๆ ........การสื่อสารเป็นสิ่งสำคัญ 
Use good judgement 
ใช้ข้อตัดสินที่ดี 
Verbalise your feelings 
อธิบายความรู้สึกของคุณเป็นคำพูด 
Wish them luck, hopeftlly good 
อวยพรให้โชคดี ..........หวังว่าเขาจะพบแต่เรื่องดี 
Xamine your motives before you "help" out 
ตรวจสอบเจตนาของคุณ ก่อนที่จะขอความช่วยเหลือ 
Your words count, use them wisely
